What is FORM?

FORM offers opportunity to be part of a kingdom movement mobilizing missional disciples, impacting our communities and beyond, while being rooted and engaged in your everyday life and your local church.

Who will be investing in the FORM participants?

There is a team of leaders who lead participants through this formation process. There are others who lend their voices throughout the experience bringing expertise and training from various spaces in culture.

Who is FORM for?

FORM is for leaders who want to grow in character, build leadership capacity and develop their skills so they can be a catalyst for the kingdom wherever God calls them.

When is FORM?

FORM is intentionally designed to train disciples while the participant is engaged in everyday life. The FORM training will run from September to May.

  • Sunday afternoon from 12:30-3:00pm or

  • Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00pm

What is the commitment?

FORM is an engaging, fun and supportive environment, but it calls for a high level of commitment. In addition to the weekly teachings, there will be about an hour or two of reading a week, a commitment to serving your local church in some way as well as partnering with local mission partners and Missional Community Groups. Expect to commit a minimum of 3-5 hours per week to these activities.

The commitment includes being honest and willing to be challenged in your personal life, participating in 90% of the weekly FORM trainings and developing a Personal Development Plan to guide your formation.

What is the cost?

FORM costs $750 for the year ($1000 for couples). This includes outdoor leadership experience, retreat, meals, resources, administration, and facilitators.

A $150 deposit will be due August 31st upon acceptance. The remaining balance is divided over 8 months (Oct-May) at $75/month.
